1. Consulting and implementing Google Workspace solutions

• Work with customers to understand their needs and recommend Google Workspace solutions that fit their model and scale.
• Plan and implement Google Workspace solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and integrations.

2. Customer support during use

• Provide ongoing support to customers, answering questions and resolving issues that arise while using Google Workspace.
• Organize training sessions and guide customers on how to use Google Workspace tools, helping them master and make the most of the features.

3. Optimize Google Workspace tools

• Analyze and evaluate customer usage efficiency, propose solutions and improvements to optimize workflow.
• Update and deploy new Google Workspace features, ensuring customers always have the best experience.

Request

1. Experience in software or IT consulting

• Experience working with software services or IT systems, especially cloud solutions and office tools.
• Understanding of Google Workspace applications and features.

2. Good communication and problem solving skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, building good and trusting relationships.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, providing appropriate solutions to arising situations.

3. Ability to work independently and in a team

• Able to work independently, manage time and work effectively.
• Cooperate well with other team members and related departments.

4. Spirit of learning and development

• Always willing to learn new technologies and improve personal skills to improve the quality of service provided to customers.
